Yoga and Meditation Series

Raja Yoga
Known as the Royal Path, Raja Yoga is a precision path toward in-light-enment. Using fluid fiery asana to strengthen, stretch, and purity the body, Isha eases us deeper into the grace of meditation in motion. Igniting pranayama (breathing practice) through the winds of the soul, meet the wisdom of your breath. Beginner Yoga
Whether brand new to yoga, or looking to solidify your foundation, this beginner’s series covers the basics of steady alignment, free fluid breath, single pointed focus, play, and internal freedom. Learn how to remain peaceful and relaxed internally while strengthening and stretching the body. Open to the powerful potential of this practice, access greater inner guidance, and in joy! Meditation
When the mirror of the mind is clear, we begin to see things as they really are. Learn the skills to quiet the mind and enter the luminous heart. Touring the energetic body, we understand more fully the perfection of our design. Relax deeply, and experience the healing waters and wisdom of stillness. Innovative Ceremony Sessions
All individualized sessions include specific yoga postures, spiritual consulting, meditation and alignment with intention. Choose one specific session in mind, or just come with an open intention.

Letting Go, Letting Good, Letting God
Discover and play in the fine art and practice of surrender. Bring your burdens, lay down your doubt, uncertainty, hesitation, and empower yourself to flow through life with greater ease.

Transition Rite
Learn how to transition into greater balance, harmony, joy, and out-of self defeating patters, habits, relations. Bring one item that symbolizes what must be left behind, and one item that symbolizes what you are moving into.

Healing Circle

Union Ceremonies
This session culminates with the marriage ceremony of your grandest dreams. Designed specifically for you and your Beloved from an interfaith perspective, we will plan a ritual to set your hearts aflame, and unite the path of your souls.

Memorial Service
A funeral to honor transition of your loved one, the grieving process, and the opportunity for awakening to receive the renewed gift of life.

Naming Ceremony/Blessing
An opportunity to bless, baptize, or initiate the path of a child in a traditional or non-conventional way. Honoring the arrival of a child is an invitation to celebrate the victory of light, the sanctity of life, and the opportunity to rise again. Private or open ceremony optional.
